The Employ North Kent initiative is funded by SEEDA and supported by Kent County Council, Kent Thameside Delivery Board, Medway Council and Swale Forward. Industry sector support for employment, training and skills development is also available. For example, the North Kent Construction Skills Project is bringing vision, partnership, leadership and a strategic approach to promoting and improving the provision of skills training throughout the industry and the region.
